YBH Properties at Eastman is a collaboration of Yankee Barn Homes and Eastman Community Residential Living.

The newly developed YBH brand is extended here with a unique gold accent. Logo creation, Print Ads, Brochure, and website all follow suit with clean photography and subtle color blocks. The website uses animations for fast facts about each house to add to the user experience. A form is front and center on the home page to draw action.
